3、鮮明特性,它對(duì)學(xué)生道德品行的養(yǎng)成和人格塑造起著重要的作用。我國十多年來的農(nóng)村中小學(xué)布局調(diào)整,為農(nóng)村教育資源整合提供了契機(jī),促進(jìn)了廣大農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育的發(fā)展,使農(nóng)村兒童廣泛受益,同時(shí)它也導(dǎo)致家庭德育面臨一些新的問題。本文在前人對(duì)家庭德育研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以浙江省R市Y中學(xué)為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)該校學(xué)生、家長及老師的調(diào)查和訪談來分析農(nóng)村學(xué)校布局調(diào)整后家庭德育的現(xiàn)狀,揭示了當(dāng)前農(nóng)村家庭德育出現(xiàn)的變化以及問題:家庭德育功能弱化;家庭德育氛圍構(gòu)建困難;家庭德育觀念的偏差;家校德育合力消解。對(duì)家庭德育存在這些問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析,
4、可以發(fā)現(xiàn)這些問題主要?dú)w因于:德育環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性;家長教育觀念偏差;親子關(guān)系淡化;農(nóng)村學(xué)校離場。為消除農(nóng)村學(xué)校布局調(diào)整給家庭德育帶來的負(fù)面影響,重塑家庭德育重要地位,充分發(fā)揮家庭德育基礎(chǔ)性作用,本文提出以下四個(gè)方面的應(yīng)對(duì)之策:轉(zhuǎn)變家庭德育觀念,創(chuàng)設(shè)良好德育氛圍;提升家長文化素質(zhì),提高家庭德育能力;加強(qiáng)家校溝通,增強(qiáng)家庭德育合力;優(yōu)化學(xué)校周邊環(huán)境,建構(gòu)文明鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)。關(guān)鍵詞:家庭德育;布局調(diào)整;農(nóng)村學(xué)校;德育合力萬方數(shù)據(jù)TheResearchonProblemsandCountermeasuresofFamilyMo
