3、鮮明特性，它對(duì)學(xué)生道德品行的養(yǎng)成和人格塑造起著重要的作用。我國十多年來的農(nóng)村中小學(xué)布局調(diào)整，為農(nóng)村教育資源整合提供了契機(jī)，促進(jìn)了廣大農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育的發(fā)展，使農(nóng)村兒童廣泛受益，同時(shí)它也導(dǎo)致家庭德育面臨一些新的問題。本文在前人對(duì)家庭德育研究的基礎(chǔ)上，以浙江省R市Y中學(xué)為研究對(duì)象，通過對(duì)該校學(xué)生、家長及老師的調(diào)查和訪談來分析農(nóng)村學(xué)校布局調(diào)整后家庭德育的現(xiàn)狀，揭示了當(dāng)前農(nóng)村家庭德育出現(xiàn)的變化以及問題：家庭德育功能弱化；家庭德育氛圍構(gòu)建困難；家庭德育觀念的偏差；家校德育合力消解。對(duì)家庭德育存在這些問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析，

4、可以發(fā)現(xiàn)這些問題主要?dú)w因于：德育環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性；家長教育觀念偏差；親子關(guān)系淡化；農(nóng)村學(xué)校離場。為消除農(nóng)村學(xué)校布局調(diào)整給家庭德育帶來的負(fù)面影響，重塑家庭德育重要地位，充分發(fā)揮家庭德育基礎(chǔ)性作用，本文提出以下四個(gè)方面的應(yīng)對(duì)之策：轉(zhuǎn)變家庭德育觀念，創(chuàng)設(shè)良好德育氛圍；提升家長文化素質(zhì)，提高家庭德育能力；加強(qiáng)家校溝通，增強(qiáng)家庭德育合力；優(yōu)化學(xué)校周邊環(huán)境，建構(gòu)文明鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)。關(guān)鍵詞：家庭德育；布局調(diào)整；農(nóng)村學(xué)校；德育合力萬方數(shù)據(jù)TheResearchonProblemsandCountermeasuresofFamilyMo
