2、分成兩組，對照組40例，給予阿魏酸鈉注射液0．3g加入0．9％氯化鈉注射液250mL靜脈滴注，每日1次；治療組40例，在對照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合胰激肽原酶片240U口服，每日3次，治療4周。觀察兩組治療前后尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)7~&清胱抑素C(CysC)的變化。結(jié)果兩組均能降低UAER及CysC水平(P<0．05)，但治療組更顯著(P<0．01)。結(jié)論阿魏酸鈉聯(lián)合胰激肽原酶治療早期糖尿病腎病療效更好。關(guān)鍵詞：阿魏酸鈉；胰激肽原酶；糖尿病腎病；尿微量白蛋白排泄率；血清胱抑素c中圖分類號：R285．6；R286文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A文章編
