2、屋租賃也逐漸進入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域?；菥课葜薪橄到y(tǒng)采用結(jié)構(gòu)化的開發(fā)方法進行課題研究，對惠君房屋中介公司的業(yè)務(wù)流進行具體分，研究公司員工的工作需求。通過對公司日常業(yè)務(wù)需求的分析出系統(tǒng)用戶包括總經(jīng)理、財務(wù)、置業(yè)顧問。再對系統(tǒng)用戶分別進行深入分析研究，分析出系統(tǒng)用戶的詳細功能，在根據(jù)惠君房屋中介公司的具體租賃流程方式，畫出公司的業(yè)務(wù)流圖和數(shù)據(jù)分析。本系統(tǒng)是基于B/S模式結(jié)構(gòu)，通過Web瀏覽器，采用VisualStudio2015開發(fā)工具和內(nèi)置的SQLServer數(shù)據(jù)庫，運用Asp.Net技術(shù)來完成的。本系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了惠君房屋中介公司的員工在此系統(tǒng)上對房源、客戶、合同、工資、繳費、分析匯總的管理，在系統(tǒng)投入運營
