5、rumsamples(1396)collectedfrom1984toFortDodgeLaboratories,Iowa,USA.1998weretestedforthepresenceofIgGantibodiestoCCV.SamplesweredividedintotwocategoriesonthebasisoftheCellculturenumberofdogshousedtogether.ThegroupswereeitheranCRFKcellswerepropagatedin75cm2cell-cul
6、tureflasksatopenpopulationcontainingdogshousedasgroupsofthreeor37oC(Corning,Australia)ingrowthmediumcontainingless,orkennelpopulations.Serafrom15.8%oftheopenEMEM(TraceBiosciences,Australia),2mML-glutamine,populationand40.8%ofkennelleddogswerepositivefor0.05%LAHa
7、nd10%FBSnotheatinactivated(CSLLtd,CCVantibodies.Theprevalenceofantibodiesvariedfromzeroto76%inkennelleddogs.About23%of128dogsParkville).MaintenancemediumformaintainingcellswithoutpositiveforIgGantibodiestoCCVwerealsopositiveforIgMdivisionconsistedofEMEM,2mML-glu
