1、氯毗格雷聯(lián)合氟伐他汀治療腦梗塞的臨床效果氯毗格雷聯(lián)合氟伐他汀治療腦梗塞的臨床效果林佳慶福建晉江安海醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科，福建晉江362261［摘要］目的觀察和分析腦梗塞患者采用氯毗格雷和氟伐他汀聯(lián)合進行治療的臨床療效。方法隨機2012年12月—2014年12月間該院收治的90例腦梗塞患者作為臨床研究對象，使用隨機數(shù)字列表將其隨機分為研究組(n=45)和對照組(n=45)。對照組患者采用常規(guī)的臨床治療”包括降血壓、抗血小板及控制血糖等。硏究組患者在對照組的治療基礎上加用氯毗格雷和氟伐他〉丁聯(lián)合進行治療。治療結束后,觀察和記錄兩組患者的臨床療效及治療前后的血脂、C■反應蛋白等指標的變化情況
