1、2016年注冊會(huì)計(jì)師專業(yè)階段《稅法》考試大綱　　考試目標(biāo)：　　考生應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)本科目考試內(nèi)容與能力等級的要求，理解、掌握或運(yùn)用下列相關(guān)的專業(yè)知識和職業(yè)技能，堅(jiān)守職業(yè)價(jià)值觀、遵循職業(yè)道德、堅(jiān)持職業(yè)態(tài)度，解決實(shí)務(wù)問題?！　?.稅法與稅制相關(guān)的基本原理；　　2.現(xiàn)行各實(shí)體稅種的納稅義務(wù)人、征稅對象、稅率、計(jì)稅依據(jù)、納稅環(huán)節(jié)、納稅地點(diǎn)和稅收優(yōu)惠等相關(guān)規(guī)定；　　3.不同企業(yè)從事各種生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動(dòng)所涉及的稅種及應(yīng)納稅額計(jì)算；　　4.個(gè)人取得各種收入涉及的稅種、應(yīng)納稅額計(jì)算及相關(guān)納稅事項(xiàng)的有關(guān)規(guī)定；　　5.同一經(jīng)營活動(dòng)涉及多稅種的相互關(guān)系和應(yīng)納稅額的
