1、摘要中小企業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分，對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定起著舉足輕重的促進作用。隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟不斷成熟和全球經(jīng)濟一體化的日益深化，財務管理在中小企業(yè)的地位越來越突出。但隨著我國中小企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展壯大，財務管理成了制約中小企業(yè)繼續(xù)生存和進一步發(fā)展的瓶頸，并使中小企業(yè)的日常經(jīng)營管理面臨財務風險。所以，投資者和管理者應更加注重和協(xié)調(diào)中小企業(yè)的財務管理，在優(yōu)化財務管理工作的基礎上達到可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標。本文分析了我國中小企業(yè)財務管理存在著財務管理工作基礎薄弱、資金匱乏、投資行為不科學、缺乏有效的內(nèi)部控制和管理方法落后等諸多問題，這些問題嚴重影響了中小企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展。為此，本
