1、紙塑包裝制品生產(chǎn)工藝指導(dǎo)Productionprocessguidanceofpaperpulppackingproducts一、制漿、供漿系統(tǒng)：Pulpingandpulpsupplysystem1．原漿板或廢回收紙：在制漿車間規(guī)劃出專用的區(qū)域分類擺放好原漿板或廢回收紙，在進(jìn)入擺放區(qū)的原料應(yīng)先做好雜質(zhì)、粘膠紙、裝訂針、包裝帶的分揀工作，以防雜質(zhì)混入紙漿后影響成品的外觀和結(jié)構(gòu)力。Virginpulpboardorrecycledwastepaper:Youneedtoprepareaspecialplacetoputthevirginpulpboardorrecyclewastep

5、youhavearequirementaboutpulpdecompositiondegree,youcanaddoneprocessofpulpfiberrevocablesandpulpingmachine.2．濃/配漿:從水力碎漿機(jī)或前一級(jí)漿泵（包括磨漿）輸送到濃漿池中的漿料由安裝在濃/配漿池上的漿料攪拌器充分?jǐn)嚢?、加水混合均?這時(shí)濃/配漿池中的漿料濃度應(yīng)調(diào)為符合生產(chǎn)要求的供漿濃度約為0.8～1.5%。這時(shí)可根據(jù)紙漿產(chǎn)品對防水防油防潮的要求加入適量的添加劑，對有些添加劑有特殊工藝要求的可放入碎漿機(jī)中充分?jǐn)嚢杌旌?。Thick/mixingpulp:Afterthepulpfl
