2、了各分離菌株的潤(rùn)滑油降解性能。結(jié)果表明,所分離的3株菌株中,G1為黃單胞菌屬(xⅡthom0ns),G2為動(dòng)膠菌屬(Azotobacter),G3為假單胞菌屬(Pseudomonas);3株菌株均能生物降解潤(rùn)滑油,其中G3的潤(rùn)滑油降解能力最強(qiáng)。菌株G1、G2和G3降解潤(rùn)滑油的適宜pH值分別為8.0、7.0和8.0,適宜的降解溫度分別為2O、3O和30~C。3株菌株適宜的接種量均為1O,且100mL培養(yǎng)液中潤(rùn)滑油的初始量不超過300“I。此外,培養(yǎng)時(shí)葡萄糖作為補(bǔ)充碳源,可不同程度地提高3株菌株的潤(rùn)滑油降解率
