1、瓢蟲(chóng)玩具的機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真50.武漢工業(yè)學(xué)院2012屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)摘要目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外將虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用于玩具的設(shè)計(jì)仿真中,這一技術(shù)應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)三維軟件建立玩具系統(tǒng)的三維實(shí)體模型和運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)及動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,然后利用仿真軟件分析和評(píng)估玩具系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)性能,這使得玩具的設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)制造過(guò)程實(shí)現(xiàn)了真正意義上的柔性化和高效化。這項(xiàng)技術(shù)的運(yùn)用不僅提高了產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)效率而且還不斷完善其性能,從而使得研究開(kāi)發(fā)的設(shè)計(jì)成本不斷降低。為了適應(yīng)消費(fèi)者的需求,研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)出更新更多種類的玩具產(chǎn)品,這使得虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)得到了進(jìn)一步的運(yùn)用,也使得設(shè)計(jì)周期大大縮短。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和運(yùn)用,使
2、得整個(gè)玩具的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程不斷簡(jiǎn)化,大大減少了成本開(kāi)支和時(shí)間周期。本課題通過(guò)運(yùn)用Solidworks和Adams對(duì)瓢蟲(chóng)玩具進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)的仿真,首先,對(duì)瓢蟲(chóng)玩具進(jìn)行拆卸、測(cè)繪,然后在SOLIDWORKS軟件中進(jìn)行三維零件建模并裝配,裝配完后將其導(dǎo)入ADAMS軟件中進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)的分析和仿真,通過(guò)不斷的調(diào)試和參數(shù)的設(shè)定,實(shí)現(xiàn)了瓢蟲(chóng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真。對(duì)仿真的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié),優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案。關(guān)鍵詞:虛擬樣機(jī)三維建模調(diào)試運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)50.武漢工業(yè)學(xué)院2012屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)AbstractAtpresent,domesticandinternationalvirtu
