1、瓢蟲玩具的機構(gòu)運動學(xué)仿真50.武漢工業(yè)學(xué)院2012屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書摘要目前,國內(nèi)外將虛擬樣機技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用于玩具的設(shè)計仿真中,這一技術(shù)應(yīng)用計算機三維軟件建立玩具系統(tǒng)的三維實體模型和運動學(xué)及動力學(xué)模型,然后利用仿真軟件分析和評估玩具系統(tǒng)的各項性能,這使得玩具的設(shè)計開發(fā)制造過程實現(xiàn)了真正意義上的柔性化和高效化。這項技術(shù)的運用不僅提高了產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)效率而且還不斷完善其性能,從而使得研究開發(fā)的設(shè)計成本不斷降低。為了適應(yīng)消費者的需求,研發(fā)設(shè)計出更新更多種類的玩具產(chǎn)品,這使得虛擬樣機技術(shù)得到了進(jìn)一步的運用,也使得設(shè)計周期大大縮短。隨著計算機技術(shù)的發(fā)展和運
2、用,使得整個玩具的設(shè)計過程不斷簡化,大大減少了成本開支和時間周期。本課題通過運用Solidworks和Adams對瓢蟲玩具進(jìn)行運動學(xué)的仿真,首先,對瓢蟲玩具進(jìn)行拆卸、測繪,然后在SOLIDWORKS軟件中進(jìn)行三維零件建模并裝配,裝配完后將其導(dǎo)入ADAMS軟件中進(jìn)行運動學(xué)的分析和仿真,通過不斷的調(diào)試和參數(shù)的設(shè)定,實現(xiàn)了瓢蟲的運動學(xué)仿真。對仿真的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié),優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案。關(guān)鍵詞:虛擬樣機三維建模調(diào)試運動學(xué)優(yōu)化設(shè)計50.武漢工業(yè)學(xué)院2012屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書AbstractAtpresent,domesticandinternationa
