1、摘要企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),歸根到底是人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。充分激發(fā)員工的積極性、主動(dòng)性與創(chuàng)造性,是實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)組織目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)。激勵(lì)機(jī)制的優(yōu)化和不斷完善,對(duì)于激發(fā)企業(yè)員工的工作積極性和提高企業(yè)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力具有重大的意義。本文首先通過(guò)與美、日激勵(lì)機(jī)制比較,分析了我國(guó)人才激勵(lì)機(jī)制發(fā)展的狀況,然后介紹了天津?yàn)I海國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)激勵(lì)現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題并介紹了幾種流行較廣的激勵(lì)理論。以馬斯洛的需要層次理論為切入點(diǎn),對(duì)天津?yàn)I海國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)的員工的工作滿(mǎn)意度和需求層次的進(jìn)行了隨機(jī)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了實(shí)施人才有效激勵(lì)的綜合激勵(lì)模型,并對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用分析。最后對(duì)
