1、EBZ160掘進機截割部設計摘要懸臂式掘進機是為煤礦綜采及高檔普采工作面采掘巷道的機械設備，它結構緊湊、適應性好機身矮、重心低、操作簡單、檢修方便。本次設計主要是懸臂式掘進機的截割機構，懸臂式掘進機的截割機構是有伸縮式和固定式兩種，按照它的截割頭的分布可以分為橫軸式和縱軸式兩種。我所設計的掘進機截割部是縱軸式帶伸縮的形式。縱軸式與橫軸式相比，主要有結構簡單，設計方便，便于安裝和調(diào)試。在截割過程中，橫軸式可以進行上下左右擺動截割，方便靈活。帶伸縮的截割臂，在解決掘進機掘進面窄的問題上發(fā)揮了很大作用，掘進機截割部帶伸縮，加大了截割部的長度，從而加大了截割頭所
