1、EBZ160掘進(jìn)機(jī)截割部設(shè)計(jì)摘要懸臂式掘進(jìn)機(jī)是為煤礦綜采及高檔普采工作面采掘巷道的機(jī)械設(shè)備，它結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、適應(yīng)性好機(jī)身矮、重心低、操作簡(jiǎn)單、檢修方便。本次設(shè)計(jì)主要是懸臂式掘進(jìn)機(jī)的截割機(jī)構(gòu)，懸臂式掘進(jìn)機(jī)的截割機(jī)構(gòu)是有伸縮式和固定式兩種，按照它的截割頭的分布可以分為橫軸式和縱軸式兩種。我所設(shè)計(jì)的掘進(jìn)機(jī)截割部是縱軸式帶伸縮的形式。縱軸式與橫軸式相比，主要有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，設(shè)計(jì)方便，便于安裝和調(diào)試。在截割過(guò)程中，橫軸式可以進(jìn)行上下左右擺動(dòng)截割，方便靈活。帶伸縮的截割臂，在解決掘進(jìn)機(jī)掘進(jìn)面窄的問(wèn)題上發(fā)揮了很大作用，掘進(jìn)機(jī)截割部帶伸縮，加大了截割部的長(zhǎng)度，從而加大了截割頭所經(jīng)過(guò)的截割面，提高了掘進(jìn)
