3、heorganizationpaysalotinknowledgemanagementactivities,butreceiveslittleeffectsevendoubtstoknowledgesharingstrategies.Asaresult,itisurgenttofindsolutionstothoseproblems.Recently,tostudytheinfluencingfactorsofteamknowledgesharing,majorityofresearchersauthenticatethat
4、onefactorormulti-factoraffectsknowledgesharingfromtheempiricalperspectivewhilefewresearchersstudybehaviormechanismofteamknowledgesharingfromtheperspectiveofteam’sinnerstructure.Thethesisstudiestheactionofteamknowledgesharing,andtriestodoitfromanotherperspectiveacco
5、rdingtosystemdynamicsandtostudyingtheinnermechanismofteamknowledgesharing.Themainconclusionofthethesis:①M(fèi)ainactivitiesofcorporationR&DteamknowledgesharingwereknownbytheobservationtocorporationR&Dteam’sworkprocess,whichcontained18detailactivities.Meanwhileactivities
