2、的回收處理，我國積極．丌展了廢舊家電回收處理立法工作。將北京、天津、青島等城市確定為回收試點(diǎn)城市，并開展了“以舊換新"活動(dòng)。但我國回收處理工作仍面臨諸多問題，如居民環(huán)保意識落后，責(zé)任主體回收積極性不高，體系混亂等，家電回收處理工作仍需要政府扶持。本文在對國內(nèi)外廢舊家電回收處理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上，針對正規(guī)回收商回收積極性不高等問題，建立了激勵(lì)正規(guī)回收商參與廢1日家電回收處理工作的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型，并以青島廢舊洗衣機(jī)為例進(jìn)行了仿真研究。本文展示了環(huán)保宣傳、處理基金、懲罰力度和最大處理能力與回收商參與廢舊家電回收處理積極性的關(guān)系，并通過對仿真結(jié)果的分析提出了提高回收商回收和處理速率的政策。關(guān)鍵詞
