1、摘要電子材料是發(fā)展微電子工業(yè)的基礎(chǔ),作為生產(chǎn)集成電路的主要結(jié)構(gòu)材料——環(huán)氧塑封料隨著芯片技術(shù)的發(fā)展正在飛速發(fā)展。研制并開發(fā)性能優(yōu)異的電子封裝材料,以國(guó)產(chǎn)封裝料替代進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品,這是一個(gè)極待研究的問題。1,1,2,2-四對(duì)羥基苯基乙烷四縮水甘油醚環(huán)氧樹脂(簡(jiǎn)稱:四酚基乙烷四縮水甘油醚環(huán)氧樹脂)是一種高強(qiáng)韌性對(duì)稱結(jié)構(gòu)骨架的電子封裝料。它不僅具有一般環(huán)氧樹脂的功能還具有高玻璃化溫度、高耐熱、防UV穿透和適應(yīng)AOI等特殊功能。關(guān)于該產(chǎn)品的研究,國(guó)內(nèi)鮮見報(bào)道。這里以苯酚、乙二醛、環(huán)氧氯丙烷和氫氧化鈉為原料,采用兩步法合成了1,1,2,2-四對(duì)羥基苯基乙烷四
2、縮水甘油醚環(huán)氧樹脂。首先用苯酚、乙二醛在草酸和甲醇存在下,進(jìn)行親核加成縮合反應(yīng),制備了1,1,2,2—四對(duì)羥基苯基乙烷(TPE)。研究了草酸用量、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、原料配比對(duì)TPE收率的影響。結(jié)果表明:在草酸用量2%、苯酚與乙二醛的摩爾比20:1、反應(yīng)溫度82℃、反應(yīng)8小時(shí),TPE收率達(dá)42%。再用1,1,2,2-四對(duì)羥基苯基乙烷與環(huán)氧氯丙烷在醚化催化劑四乙基溴化銨和溶劑異丙醇存在下,先進(jìn)行醚化反應(yīng),然后加入等當(dāng)量(n(TEP)∶n(NaOH)為1:4.0)氫氧化鈉進(jìn)行環(huán)氧化脫氯反應(yīng),再經(jīng)水洗、分離、精制,得到1,1,2,2-四對(duì)羥基苯基乙
3、烷四縮水甘油醚環(huán)氧樹脂。研究了原料配比、反應(yīng)時(shí)間和溫度對(duì)產(chǎn)品氯含量和環(huán)氧值的影響,結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)環(huán)氧氯丙烷與四酚基乙烷摩爾比為21:1,四酚基乙烷與氫氧化鈉摩爾比為1:4,醚化反應(yīng)溫度85℃,醚化反應(yīng)時(shí)間4h,閉環(huán)反應(yīng)溫度70℃,閉環(huán)反應(yīng)時(shí)間2.5h時(shí),所得產(chǎn)品環(huán)氧值為0.513,軟化點(diǎn)-483℃,可水解氯含量為1.92×10,收率為57%。經(jīng)傅里葉變換紅外光譜(FTIR)和核磁共振(1HNMR和13CNMR)分析,初步確認(rèn)了所合成產(chǎn)品為四酚基乙烷四縮水甘油醚環(huán)氧樹脂。關(guān)鍵詞:環(huán)氧樹脂;四酚基乙烷四縮水甘油醚環(huán)氧樹脂;四酚基乙烷;環(huán)氧氯丙烷;醚
