1、［摘要］隨著科技的發(fā)展和生產(chǎn)力的提高，計算機的發(fā)展突飛猛進，人們對信息化的需求也越來越人，M絡化辦公已經(jīng)在人類社會中&打了越來越重要的位置。以網(wǎng)絡為基礎的自動化辦公系統(tǒng)就是網(wǎng)絡技術發(fā)展中的一個高效的應用化解決手段，其主耍目的是實現(xiàn)信息交換和共享，協(xié)同工作提供方便，提高工作效率，讓我們從過去落后繁瑣的的書面辦公中跳出。0前我們國家大多機關單位的人事管理還比較落后，經(jīng)常產(chǎn)生不必耍的錯誤和麻煩。這樣的結果已經(jīng)證明了老式的管理方法不能適應當下人們的需求，因為在它消耗了許多人力和物力的基礎下還不能給予一個滿意的答復。在舊系統(tǒng)的吋候科學技術和管理方法必須是基于計算機基礎和網(wǎng)絡基礎。企業(yè)的成功概

2、率在應用信息技術的吋候得到了極人地提高，但在信息技術的應用過程中也發(fā)現(xiàn)了很多的M題。怎么做才能使企業(yè)內部運作更高效，更人性、公平、全面的估測一個員工的工作業(yè)績，從而為決策層提供有效的信息支持，減少經(jīng)營成本并提高工作效率。信息技術的廣泛應用是一個企業(yè)在眾多的企業(yè)中脫穎而出的必要條件和基礎。為了更加方便的利用計算機技術的發(fā)展，來促進企業(yè)與公司人事人員的管理，我釆用了更為簡單的企業(yè)人事管理系統(tǒng)。木文結合人事管理中的實際現(xiàn)狀，給出了一種更為簡便的人事管理信息系統(tǒng)的整體模型設計，開發(fā)并采用了基于B/S模式，提出了在ASP.net技術下的基礎的設計思路。這個系統(tǒng)應該具備人機互動人性化、操作便捷
