1、慢性腎臟病患兒營養(yǎng)狀況及其影響因素分析宋家峰李錫太王振江周口永興醫(yī)院北京市疾病預(yù)防控制中心摘要：目的探討慢性腎臟?。–KD）患兒的營養(yǎng)狀況及發(fā)生營養(yǎng)不良的影響因素。方法以2002年美國國家腎臟病基金會(huì)制定的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以2012年9月至2015年10月在周口永興醫(yī)院確診為CKD的患兒為研宄對(duì)象，對(duì)其身長、體質(zhì)量等參數(shù)進(jìn)行測量;采用WHO通用的Z值評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對(duì)CKD患兒營養(yǎng)狀況進(jìn)行分析，并對(duì)研究對(duì)象的家長進(jìn)行營養(yǎng)相關(guān)知識(shí)調(diào)查，對(duì)CKD患兒營養(yǎng)不良發(fā)生情況進(jìn)行描述，并對(duì)營養(yǎng)不良發(fā)生影響因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果共納入研究CKD患兒1500例，年齡314歲，平均年

2、齡為（8.7±3.5）歲，男、女分別為810、690例，男女性別比為1.17:1。CKD病程平均（2.8±1.3）年,CKD分期為I、II、III、IV期者分別有375、420、300、405例。井有878例CKD患兒出現(xiàn)營養(yǎng)不良，營養(yǎng)不良發(fā)生率為58.5%，其中生長遲緩230例、低體質(zhì)量182例、消瘦466例。多因素分析結(jié)果顯示，CKD患兒病程越長、分期越高，發(fā)生營養(yǎng)不良的可能性越大（0R=1.773、0R=1.598）。CKD患兒父母了解營養(yǎng)不良知識(shí)、接受過營養(yǎng)知識(shí)指導(dǎo)、知道營養(yǎng)素的概念、兒童進(jìn)行過營養(yǎng)狀況檢查、關(guān)注兒童的飲食情況的調(diào)查對(duì)象發(fā)生
