3、sociatingthemethodsoffieldinvestiCationandlaboratoryanalysis．Furthermore，inordertoprovidebasicdataandscientificbasisfortheadvisablePnotoginsengproductionregionalizationandfertilization，andrealizesuperiorqualityandhighyield，thedistributionofgeographyandelevation,soil-plantnutri

4、entconditionandtheeffectsonPnotoginsengbiomassandsaponincontentindifferentplantingfieldswerecompared．Themainconclusionsareasfollows：(1)ItwasdeterminedthatthePnotoginsengplantingfieldshavebeenmovinginatrendtowardsnorthwestlocalitiesofhighaltitude，BanqiaotownofQujing(E104。03’、N2

5、5058’，2021m)whichistheoneintheworstcondition．ThisphenomenonrevealsthattheenvironmentadaptabilityofPnotoginsengisimproved．(2)Therearesignificantdifferencesinsoilnutrientcontentbetweenoldandnewareas，andbetweendifferentplantingfieldsofPnotoginseng．Thesituationisnotuniform，differe
