1、King互動(dòng)達(dá)標(biāo)理論對(duì)腹膜透析患者自護(hù)能力的影響田瑞杰苗金紅(通訊作者)田喜梅樊少磊孫莉莉(鄭州大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院河南鄭州450052)【摘要】目的探討King互動(dòng)達(dá)標(biāo)理論對(duì)腹膜透析患者自我護(hù)理能力的影響。方法采用便利抽樣法，選擇鄭州大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院腎內(nèi)科腹膜透析患者60例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組，每組各30例。對(duì)照組患者實(shí)施一般護(hù)理，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者實(shí)施King互動(dòng)達(dá)標(biāo)護(hù)理。干預(yù)后3個(gè)月，采用自我護(hù)理能力測(cè)定量表(ESCA)比較兩組干預(yù)效果。在出院前進(jìn)行達(dá)標(biāo)率調(diào)查。結(jié)果兩組患者自護(hù)能力得分在入院時(shí)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P〉0.05),實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者在實(shí)施King互動(dòng)達(dá)標(biāo)護(hù)理后，其自護(hù)能力得分與對(duì)照組相比
