2、、高效地生產(chǎn)三維織物具有重要意義。本文采用黑箱法對(duì)總功能分析以明確圓織機(jī)主機(jī)在整個(gè)系統(tǒng)中的性能和特征,繼而用功能樹的方式將總功能分解而制定工藝流程,從而將整體主機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)落實(shí)到三大機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),即開口機(jī)構(gòu)、送經(jīng)機(jī)構(gòu)、引緯機(jī)構(gòu)。同時(shí),通過經(jīng)紗張力分析和生產(chǎn)工況分析由設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)確定了主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。圓織機(jī)三個(gè)主要機(jī)構(gòu)需協(xié)同完成經(jīng)紗的奇偶分層并交錯(cuò)運(yùn)動(dòng),緯紗的同步引入和織物定型。各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)首先通過功能分析制定工藝流程,其次根據(jù)工藝需要設(shè)計(jì)典型結(jié)構(gòu)。然后,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案以比率法和加權(quán)計(jì)分法進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)與決策,以材料力學(xué)或有限元方法
