7、diseaseshouldbefullyconsideredduringtreatment.9Keywords:breastneoplasms;elder;clinicalandpathologicalcharacteristics隨著人口的老齡化進(jìn)程，老年乳腺癌的發(fā)病率在逐年增加，而死亡率無(wú)變化[1]。發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家中，50%的乳腺癌患者為65歲以上的婦女[2]。老年乳腺癌的生物學(xué)特點(diǎn)與年輕乳腺癌不同，研究其臨床及生物學(xué)特點(diǎn)，對(duì)臨床診治工作有指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。本文總結(jié)我院1990年來(lái)對(duì)352例65歲以上老年乳腺癌的治療經(jīng)驗(yàn)，

8、分析其臨床及生物學(xué)特點(diǎn)。1材料與方法1.1臨床資料自1990年1月至2006年5月，我院收治3412例乳腺癌，其中65歲以上397例，占同期乳腺癌患者的11.64%。本文對(duì)352例有完整病例資料的老年患者進(jìn)行分析。352例均為女性，109例合并有冠心病、高血壓、腦血栓、糖尿病等，中位年齡69歲，年齡最大98歲。臨床分期依據(jù)2003年1月1日以后應(yīng)用的AJCC，對(duì)乳腺癌TN
