1、西南科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)論文III基于紅外溫度傳感器的溫度監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)摘要:開(kāi)關(guān)柜在保障電力系統(tǒng)安全中起著關(guān)鍵作用。長(zhǎng)期的運(yùn)行,必然會(huì)出現(xiàn)超負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、開(kāi)關(guān)老化等現(xiàn)象,而這些現(xiàn)象極易導(dǎo)致設(shè)備局部溫度升高,出現(xiàn)安全隱患。如果沒(méi)有及時(shí)排除這種隱患,很可能引起設(shè)備故障甚至引發(fā)火災(zāi),損毀設(shè)備進(jìn)而對(duì)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)、企業(yè)運(yùn)作造成巨大損失。因此,對(duì)開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)易出現(xiàn)高溫的部分進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)溫度監(jiān)測(cè)具有重要意義。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,本文設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套開(kāi)關(guān)柜溫度在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用紅外溫度傳感器TS118-3進(jìn)行溫度信息采集,傳感器輸出模擬信號(hào)經(jīng)放大濾波處理后送入微控制器單元MSP430F247進(jìn)行模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換并完成相應(yīng)的
2、數(shù)據(jù)處理。數(shù)據(jù)處理采用多次測(cè)量取平均值的方式,從而減小測(cè)量誤差。最后被測(cè)目標(biāo)的實(shí)時(shí)溫度一方面通過(guò)液晶屏FM1602顯示出來(lái),以便工作人員現(xiàn)場(chǎng)查看,另一方面則通過(guò)RS232上傳至計(jì)算機(jī),由上位機(jī)軟件對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析處理實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)。本文設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)時(shí)溫度監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)被測(cè)物體溫度的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)。關(guān)鍵詞:紅外溫度傳感器;MSP430F247;開(kāi)關(guān)柜;實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)西南科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)論文IIIDesignoftemperaturemonitoringSystembasedoninfraredtemperaturesensorAbstract:Theswitchcabinetplay
