1、基于DCS的油庫(kù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)摘要隨著石油化工企業(yè)的發(fā)展和國(guó)家原油戰(zhàn)略?xún)?chǔ)備庫(kù)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,大型的石化企業(yè)均建有大量的各種儲(chǔ)罐,由于罐內(nèi)儲(chǔ)存的物品有較高的揮發(fā)性,必須小心,因此,為了安全的需要,控制石油儲(chǔ)罐區(qū),加強(qiáng)儲(chǔ)罐區(qū)的安全監(jiān)控十分重要。分布式控制系統(tǒng)(DCS)是集計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、控制技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)和CRT顯示技術(shù)為一體的高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品,DCS監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于油庫(kù)監(jiān)控,并且仍然具有強(qiáng)大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與廣闊的前景。本設(shè)計(jì)就是運(yùn)用DCS設(shè)計(jì)油庫(kù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。在充分調(diào)研了我國(guó)油庫(kù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)發(fā)展情況的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對(duì)油庫(kù)的特點(diǎn)以及其監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)
2、的分析。我選擇浙大中控生產(chǎn)的JX-300XDCS控制系統(tǒng)作為油庫(kù)的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。本設(shè)計(jì)中的控制方案運(yùn)用了單回路控制,分程控制和選擇控制,主要對(duì)油罐的液位、溫度、壓力和流量進(jìn)行檢測(cè)和控制,控制閥門(mén)選擇自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥門(mén)(氣動(dòng)閥門(mén))??刂品桨概溆锌刂屏鞒虉D,并且對(duì)控制方案中用到硬件也做了選型。使用了攝像機(jī)對(duì)油罐進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。采用組態(tài)王6.5對(duì)上位機(jī)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了組態(tài)設(shè)計(jì),共制作了七張組態(tài)畫(huà)面,畫(huà)面之間可以實(shí)現(xiàn)相互切換的功能。本次對(duì)油庫(kù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),發(fā)揮了DCS控制系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),完成了控制方案與軟硬件的設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞:油庫(kù);DCS;控制方案;仿真;組態(tài)De

6、beappliedinthedesignoftankmonitoringsystem.TherearefourmainfunctionsinDCSsystem,centralizeddepotmonitoringfunction,operationfunction,managementfunctionanddecentralizedcontrolfunction,allofthesefourfunctionscouldbeusedintankmonitoringsystem.Theapplicationofmodulardesigno
7、fhardwareandsoftware,KingviewandCRToperationstationsmakeitsimpleforprogramandoperation.Therearethreecontrolschemesusedinthisdesign,singleloopcontrol,splitcontrolandselectionofcontrolpoints.Thiscontrolsystemcouldbeusedtomeasurementandcontroltheoiltanklevel,temperature,pr
