1、山西中醫(yī)2013年lO月第29卷第10期SHANXIJOFTCMOct．2013Vo1．29No．10·53··實(shí)驗(yàn)研究·防風(fēng)通圣散干預(yù)非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠實(shí)驗(yàn)研究彭昭宣米紹平朱曉寧阮思蓓汪靜摘要：目的：研究防風(fēng)通圣散干預(yù)非酒精性脂肪肝實(shí)驗(yàn)大鼠模型的影響。方法：取成年sD雄性大鼠60只，適應(yīng)性飼養(yǎng)2周后，隨機(jī)分為2組：正常對(duì)照組12只(予普通飼料)，造模組48只(予高脂飼料)。在給予高脂飲食后的第2周開(kāi)始，將造模組的48只SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為模型對(duì)照組12只，防風(fēng)通圣散低、中、高劑量治療組各l2只。至造模10周末，防風(fēng)通圣散低、中、高劑量治療組分別給予防風(fēng)通圣散生藥6，12，

2、16g·kgigqd干預(yù)2周。各組飼養(yǎng)方式不變。然后靜脈取血進(jìn)行生化檢查，處死動(dòng)物，取新鮮肝臟制備標(biāo)本。結(jié)果：與正常對(duì)照組比較，模型對(duì)照組大鼠血清肝功能、血脂指標(biāo)，肝細(xì)胞脂肪變程度均有明顯的升高、加重(P<0．01)。與模型對(duì)照組比較，防風(fēng)通圣散低、中、高劑量組大鼠血清肝功能和血脂指標(biāo)，肝細(xì)胞脂肪變程度均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P<0．01)。結(jié)論：防風(fēng)通圣散干預(yù)非酒精性脂肪肝能明顯恢復(fù)肝組織的結(jié)構(gòu)，減輕肝細(xì)胞的損傷，保護(hù)肝功能，降低血脂參數(shù)。關(guān)鍵詞：非酒精性脂肪肝；防風(fēng)通圣散；實(shí)驗(yàn)研究中圖分類(lèi)號(hào)：R285文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A文章編號(hào)：1000—7156(2013)10—0053—03
