3、 凝汽器是凝汽式汽輪機(jī)的主要輔助設(shè)備,是汽輪機(jī)組系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,它工作性能的好壞直接影響著整個機(jī)組的熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性和安全性。而凝汽器運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的優(yōu)劣集中表現(xiàn)在以下三個方面:是否保持在最佳真空、凝結(jié)水的過冷度是否最小以及凝結(jié)水的品質(zhì)是否合格。其中凝結(jié)水的過冷度越大,說明被冷卻水帶走損失的熱量越多,而這部分熱損失要靠鍋爐多燃燒燃料來彌補(bǔ),從而導(dǎo)致整個熱力系統(tǒng)熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性降低。而且過冷度越大,凝結(jié)水中的含氧量也越多,從而加速了相關(guān)管道、設(shè)備的腐蝕速度。因此需從各個方面對凝汽水過冷度加以重視并采取措施使其減到最小,以此來提高機(jī)組運(yùn)行的經(jīng)濟(jì)性和安全性
