1、摘要隨著計算機(jī)科學(xué)的發(fā)展，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的全球化熱潮使人類社會進(jìn)入了一個新的信息時代，為廣大網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶提供了更加周到和個性化的服務(wù)。而電子商務(wù)（ElectronicCommerce）是信息時代商務(wù)模式的實(shí)質(zhì)性變革，是未來貿(mào)易方式的發(fā)展方向。電子商務(wù)技術(shù)的發(fā)展推動了全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，網(wǎng)上政府、網(wǎng)上商店、網(wǎng)上交易等等又推動了電子商務(wù)技術(shù)的發(fā)展。隨著電子商務(wù)的逐漸發(fā)展壯大，許多傳統(tǒng)的商務(wù)行為在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上有了更好的發(fā)揮。二手電子商品市場可以說是一個典型的例子，比起傳統(tǒng)的二手交易，網(wǎng)上二手交易相比傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)營模式更加便捷，且實(shí)時性強(qiáng)，信息資源豐富，發(fā)展空間
