2、二氯丙醇的單級(jí)收率達(dá)到94.0%以上,但是HC1也同時(shí)全部進(jìn)入萃取相;通過采用堿性有機(jī)化合物三辛胺與正辛醇復(fù)配使用,在不降低二氯丙醇收率的同時(shí),可以減少HC1進(jìn)入萃取相。氯苯和環(huán)己烷對(duì)二氯丙醇基本沒有萃取效果。以二氯乙烷為萃取劑,雖然單級(jí)萃取收率比正辛醇低,但是萃取次數(shù)增加到7次,在萃取溫度40℃、萃取攪拌時(shí)間60min、二氯乙烷用量為二氯丙醇鹽酸水溶液質(zhì)量的1.5倍的最佳條件下,二氯丙醇的萃取收率達(dá)到94.7%,萃余相中HC1萃余率為95.7%。關(guān)鍵詞:二氯丙醇;鹽酸水溶液;萃取;二氯乙烷中圖分類號(hào):TQ028.3文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):1671—7627(2014)03—0077—0
