6、hisvirusinMexico.Weanalyzed885rectalsamplesbymultiplexRT-PCRtodeterminecoinfections.Inaddition,theSpikegenewasamplified,Articlesequencedandanalyzedphylogenetically.Wefound85positivesamplesforporcinedeltacoronavirus,representing9.6%ofthetotalsamples,andwedeterminedthatthemostfrequentcoinfectionwa
