2、期三個階段抓起。抓好前期工作是建設好高速公路的基礎；在施工工程中堅持質量第一原則；高速路后期質量的養(yǎng)護工作。本文根據公路工程項目質量的內涵及其形成過程、影響因素、及其質量控制的特點，提出了公路工程項目質量控制的基本原理，并分析了項目實施過程中各個階段質量控制的要點及對策。在此基礎上，對河北省高等級公路工程項目質量控制進行實證研究，針對現(xiàn)存質量問題，分析其深刻成因，提出了現(xiàn)階段加強公路工程項目質量控制的措施。關鍵詞：高速路項Fl質量ABSTRACTThehighwayengineeringprojectqualitycontrolisacomplexsystemsengineer
