1、本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計船廠電能數(shù)據(jù)采集器的設(shè)計25摘要船廠電能數(shù)據(jù)采集器的設(shè)計是為了解決船廠技術(shù)人員無法直觀的查看電能質(zhì)量而引起用電設(shè)備的故障這一問題。本設(shè)計采用宏晶單片機STC12C5A16S2作為本系統(tǒng)的CPU,對電能采集的采集進(jìn)行精確的分析并顯示出來,給技術(shù)人員提供直觀的了解,同時也可以把重要數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送給工業(yè)計算機,供相關(guān)人員參考分析。對電能數(shù)據(jù)采集主要采集電壓和電流,其中對電流采集使用電流互感器,對電壓采集使用電阻分壓方式;顯示采用液晶屏12864F-1,通過鍵盤選擇,可對各相序重要數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行顯示;遠(yuǎn)距離通信采用芯片MAX485,可將數(shù)
2、據(jù)發(fā)送帶其他工業(yè)計算機上觀察;本系統(tǒng)還裝設(shè)聲光報警裝置,當(dāng)功率因數(shù)低于設(shè)定值時,可發(fā)出報警,方便工作人員對發(fā)電機的檢查,減少不必要的損耗;此系統(tǒng)直接采用220V采集電源,無需外加電源。經(jīng)調(diào)試及多次測試,該控制系統(tǒng)運行可靠,實現(xiàn)了對船廠電能數(shù)據(jù)的精確及時采集。通過此次設(shè)計,了解到本設(shè)計最大的難點是如何對船廠電能數(shù)據(jù)采集以最大限度的降低采集誤差。本設(shè)計反應(yīng)了船廠電能數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)在實際應(yīng)用中所要面臨的問題以及探討了解決這些問題的相關(guān)方法。關(guān)鍵詞:單片機;船廠電能;互感器;液晶屏1286425AbstractShipyardpowerda
