5、aracteristicsIncontrasttogridconnectedacmotordrives,whichareandbipolaroutputcharacteristics,makingitavoltage-essentiallyconstantfrequency,powerelectronicdevicescontrolledbipolardevice.WhiletheMOSinputandBJT(e.g.inverters),offervoltagesuppliesthatarevariableinoutputareintegratedmonolithi
