3、dthatFFTanalysistechniquecouldalsobeusedtodetectthesignalphaseandincreasethemeasurementprecisionofself-mixinginterferometry.FirsttheSMIsignalisobtainedbyfeedingthelightfromthetargettocavityoflaserdiode,thenitispre-processedbyananalogsubtractioncircuittoremovetheoverlappedoutp
4、utintensityduetotheinjectioncurrentmodulation.Finally,SMIsignalisanalyzedbyFFTphasedetectionmethod.Theoreticalanalysisandsimulationcalculationsarepresented.Experimentally,displacementofaPZT-driventargetwasmeasuredwithaprecisionof=50.c2001ElsevierScienceLtd.Allrightsreserved
