2、等5部門印發(fā)《國際服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展“十三五”規(guī)劃》，提出“優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)”、“著力發(fā)展高技術(shù)、高附加值的綜合性服務(wù)外包，向產(chǎn)業(yè)價值鏈高端延伸”，面對我國服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的大趨勢，企業(yè)如何通過有選擇地承接不同的國際服務(wù)外包模式來提升企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力就尤為重要。本文首先通過對承接國際服務(wù)外包對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響機制分析以及對國際服務(wù)外包三種模式的辨析，從理論上分析國際服務(wù)外包模式對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的不同影響；然后，本文以滬深信息技術(shù)行業(yè)151個上市公司為樣本，運用描述性統(tǒng)計、相關(guān)性分析、單因素方差分析和多元回歸分析方法，研究承接國際服務(wù)外包對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響以及國際服

3、務(wù)外包的三種模式對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響差異。研究結(jié)果表明：承接國際服務(wù)外包對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力有顯著的正向影響，且ITO、BPO和KPO三種國際服務(wù)外包模式對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響有顯著差異。雖然國際服務(wù)外包收入對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響并不顯著，但是從回歸結(jié)果的系數(shù)來看，可能提示三種模式對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力促進作用的大小依次為KPO、ITO、BPO。本文探索性的研究了國際服務(wù)外包模式對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響，是對現(xiàn)有國際服務(wù)外包與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)系研究的理論補充，同時為我國企業(yè)開展國際服務(wù)外包業(yè)務(wù)以及我國政府制定相關(guān)政策提供指導(dǎo)建議。關(guān)鍵詞：國際服務(wù)外包，企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力，ITO，BPO，K
