1、netpas網(wǎng)絡(luò)加速服務(wù)條款（NetpasAcceleratedServiceTerms）NETPASAcceleratedServiceTermsThisagreementisbetweenyouandtheBeijingsynergosetoontechnologydevelopmentlimitedliabilitycompanyontheuseoflicensetermsforNETPASnetworkaccelerationservice.Beforeyouregister,youmustunderstandandseethetermsind
2、etail.Ifyouregister,pay,andusetheNETPASnetworkaccelerationservice,youacceptandacceptallthetermsandconditionsentirelybydefault.First,theNetpasnetworktoacceleratetheconfirmationandacceptanceofservicetermsNetpasnetworkaccelerationservicesystem(Netpasnetworkaccelerationservice)ofthe
3、ownership,managementrightsandtherighttointerprettheBeijingsynergosetoonTechnologyDevelopmentCo.Ltd.(hereinafterreferredtoas"synergosYitong")all.Ifusersneedtousetheservice,readcarefullyandstrictlyabidebythe"NetpasYiLianYutodevelopnetworkaccelerationtermsofservice"(hereinafterrefe
4、rredtoasthe"terms"),completetheregistrationproceduresandpaymentofothercosts,inordertobecomeaNetpasnetworkaccelerationservicesystemuser.Two,theNetpasnetworkspeedsuptheservicesneededforequipmentandotherconditionsTospeedupserviceusingtheNetpasnetwork,theusermust:(1)haveaccesstotheI
5、nternethardwareequipmentandsoftwaretools,includingcomputers,modems,networkcards,relatedsoftwareandsettings,orothernecessaryInternetaccessdevicesandrelatedsettings.(2)paythecostofaccessingtheInternetanditsrelatedexpenses.Three,NetpasnetworkaccelerationserviceintroductionSynergosY
6、itong'sNetpasnetworkaccelerationservicebyacceleratingtheirnetworkplatformforindividualuserstoprovidepaidservicestoacceleratetheinternet.Consideringtheimportanceandsecurityofnetworkaccelerationservices,users:(1)whenregistering,youneedtoprovidedetailed,authenticandaccuratepersonal
7、datainaccordancewiththeregistrationtips.(2)ifthereisanychangeinpersonaldata,itisnecessaryforuserstoupdatetheirregistrationinformationintime.(3)agreetothetermsofserviceandhavethecorrespondingcivilcapacitytoconfirmthetermsofserviceandaccepttheacceleratedserviceoftheNetpasnetwork.(
