3、xide(TTIP)inchloroformcontainingtraceamountsofwateratalowtemperatureof150°Cwithoutsubsequentthermalprocedure.TheCandCldopantsresultedfromthesolvothermaldecompositionofchloroforminducedbywater,andtheadjustingofmolarratiosofwatertoTTIPwasabletotunethecr
4、ystalsizesandtheconcentrationofthedopants.Theas-preparedpowderswerecharacterizedbyX-raydiffraction(XRD),transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM),high-resolutionTEM(HRTEM),nitrogenadsorption,X-rayphotoelectronspectroscopy(XPS),andUV-visdiffusere?ectancespec
5、troscopy(DRS).AlltheC-Cl-codopedTiO2possessedmesoporousstructureandhighsurfaceareasbetween158.1and469.6m2/g.ThephotocatalyticactivitiesoftheresultingC-Cl-codopedTiOnanocrystalswereevaluatedbythe2photodegradationofRhBundervisiblelightirradiation.Thesam
6、plesynthesizedwithamolarratioofwatertoTTIPequalto2exhibitedthehighestphotoactivityamongallthesynthesizedC-Cl-codopedTiO2.ItsactivitywasevenmuchhigherthanthatoftheC-TiO2andCl-TiO2reportedinourpreviouswork.Theenhancedvisiblelightphotocatalyitcactivityof
