1、學(xué)位論文基王£LQ現(xiàn)場(chǎng)圓絡(luò)的公路隧道通區(qū)監(jiān)控丕統(tǒng)申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)論文提交日期2005.03.28論文答辯日期2005,04.28學(xué)位授予單位墊瑩叁鱟答辯委員會(huì)主席童塞壅塾墊評(píng)閱人巨永峰教授查壘塑查蘭摘要本論文結(jié)合“公路隧道機(jī)電研究平臺(tái)“對(duì)隧道通風(fēng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想、功能結(jié)構(gòu)、硬件選型、軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)及其網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信進(jìn)行了深入探討。主要工作可以概括為以下幾個(gè)方面:1.通過(guò)對(duì)集散式控制系統(tǒng)(DCS)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線控制系統(tǒng)(FCS)的比較,在現(xiàn)有技術(shù)及資金力量的基礎(chǔ)上把DCS控制站搬到了現(xiàn)場(chǎng),使二者兼容,最大程度的達(dá)到了“信息集中,危險(xiǎn)分散”的目的。2.選擇OMRON公司的PLC作為通風(fēng)控制主體,并且對(duì)關(guān)
2、鍵控制站選用了雙機(jī)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)雙機(jī)熱備份以保證系統(tǒng)的可靠性。3.現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制站之間組建了ControllerLink現(xiàn)場(chǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),并在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)共享。4.在上位監(jiān)控機(jī)與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制站(網(wǎng)關(guān)節(jié)點(diǎn))之間組成了冗余以太網(wǎng),并實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)通信,這樣就克服了以往系統(tǒng)中現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)只能被直接上位機(jī)獨(dú)享的缺點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)母咚俾逝c串口通信低速率之間的矛盾。5.采用VisualBasic6.0高級(jí)語(yǔ)言編寫(xiě)了人機(jī)界面(HMD,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)的讀取、顯示、存儲(chǔ)及查詢。6.對(duì)前饋式通風(fēng)控制算法進(jìn)行了詳盡的分析,并對(duì)之進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),使隧道通風(fēng)運(yùn)營(yíng)能夠在滿足要求的前提下節(jié)能,并且延長(zhǎng)了風(fēng)機(jī)使用壽命。關(guān)鍵詞:公路隧道通風(fēng)監(jiān)控F

5、nasmainbodyofventilationcontrollingaccordingtotheenvironmentrequestofthetunnel.Inordertoensurethestabilityofthesystem,thepaperselectsduplexsystemusingthehotstandbymethodforthekeycontrollingstation.3.ControllerLinknetworkissetupbetweencontrollingstationsinthefield,andthedataissharedonit.4.Inthepape

7、nthefieldandserialcommunicationatalowspeed.5.ThesystemadoptsVisualBasic6.0towritethehuman—machineinterface(HMI),andrealizesthereading,showing,storingandinquiringofreal—timedata.6.Thepaperanalyzestheventilationcon
