2、碳經(jīng)濟(jì),推進(jìn)低碳產(chǎn)業(yè),已成為國內(nèi)外發(fā)展的大趨勢。我國是世界上最大的發(fā)展中農(nóng)業(yè)大國,發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)、低碳產(chǎn)業(yè),首先應(yīng)大力倡導(dǎo)發(fā)展低碳農(nóng)業(yè)、低碳作物生產(chǎn)。文章第一部分,討論了低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)提出的背景、低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的內(nèi)涵、發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的意義,以及我國發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)采取的行動與實(shí)踐;第二部分簡述了低碳農(nóng)業(yè)的概念、特征、功能、意義和主要模式;第三部分,從低碳作物品種、低碳耕作制度、低碳施肥養(yǎng)地和低碳栽培技術(shù)等四方面,探索了低碳作物生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和措施。同時(shí)緊密結(jié)合當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外形勢和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,具有資料新、觀點(diǎn)新的特點(diǎn),對發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)、低碳農(nóng)業(yè)
