2、模型及原理進行深入理解后，選擇投入產(chǎn)出模型作為公共圖書館經(jīng)濟影響評估的工具。根據(jù)經(jīng)濟影響分析的原理，結(jié)合我國公共圖書館實情及數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)，構(gòu)建了公共圖書館經(jīng)濟影響的測算框架。以杭州圖書館為實證研究對象，利用公共圖書館經(jīng)濟影響測算框架，測算出杭州圖書館對浙江省的經(jīng)濟影響。在具體評估工作中，通過建立投入產(chǎn)出模型，利用浙江省2007年的投入產(chǎn)出表中的數(shù)據(jù)，計算出各種系數(shù)和乘數(shù)。本研究共發(fā)放500份問卷獲取杭州圖書館對讀者消費的帶動情況等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。通過杭州圖書館最終需求數(shù)列與產(chǎn)出、GDP、居民收入、就業(yè)乘數(shù)等矩陣相乘，得到杭州圖書館對浙江省的產(chǎn)出、GDP、居民收入、就業(yè)等產(chǎn)生的影響。
