1、企業(yè)績(jī)效管理的現(xiàn)狀,成因及對(duì)策摘要績(jī)效管理是企業(yè)永恒的主題。門前我國(guó)大多數(shù)企業(yè)已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到績(jī)效管理對(duì)企業(yè)獲取卓越績(jī)效和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)所起的重要作用,但同時(shí)也飽受著績(jī)效管理實(shí)施過程中帶來的困惑和困難。無疑,績(jī)效管理已成為我國(guó)企業(yè)管理的重點(diǎn)、焦點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。盡管當(dāng)前績(jī)效管理的理論和工具數(shù)不勝數(shù),但成功實(shí)施績(jī)效管理的企業(yè)卻少Z乂少。此外,企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的變化使得企業(yè)的管理需求更加多樣化,而金業(yè)管理需求的多樣化乂進(jìn)一步加大了績(jī)效管理實(shí)施的難度。如何保證績(jī)效管理不僅適應(yīng)企業(yè)實(shí)際,同時(shí)適時(shí)反映企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境變化,也就成了當(dāng)前理論界和企業(yè)界面臨的新課題。
