1、電力工程項(xiàng)目總承包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制研究淺析［摘要］電能作為一種綠色的二次能源，已廣泛應(yīng)用與工農(nóng)業(yè)及各行各業(yè)生產(chǎn)和人民生活息息相關(guān)的中各個(gè)領(lǐng)域之中，對(duì)促進(jìn)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和改善人民生活起著無可比擬的作用。隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步發(fā)展，用戶們不斷提出新的要求，電力建設(shè)的要求也不斷增加，使得電力工程總承包的項(xiàng)目也在不斷增加。由于電力工程總承包項(xiàng)目的增加，承包商需要比以前承擔(dān)更大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，能否及吋識(shí)別并控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，提高企業(yè)抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力，在很大程度上將決定電力工程總承包是否能在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭中立于不敗之地。木文在分析電力工程總承包的特點(diǎn)、基本模式及范圍、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別過程的基礎(chǔ)上，研究了電力工程總

2、承包中主要存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，對(duì)電力工程總承包的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)與控制進(jìn)行了論述，客觀分析了工程中所存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。在國內(nèi)的電力工程總承包項(xiàng)目屮，政治（政策）風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是一個(gè)非常重要的因素，特別是環(huán)保要求和拆遷政策對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施起著決定性的影響;而在國際工程實(shí)踐中，自然條件風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、施工方法風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和合同風(fēng)險(xiǎn)則是總承包商必須認(rèn)真對(duì)待的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素，通過木文的研究，旨在探討在當(dāng)前的政治環(huán)境、市場(chǎng)環(huán)境和人文環(huán)境下，電力工程總承包商可能會(huì)遇到的多種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，為總承包商進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理積累一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)。［關(guān)鍵字］電力工程工程總承包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)EPCRiskControlofPowerEngineeringProjects[A
