1、浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)碩士論文摘要多高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系研究摘要鋼結(jié)構(gòu)是我國近年來快速發(fā)展的一種結(jié)構(gòu)，它具有抗震性能好，施工速度快，工業(yè)化程度高，綜合技術(shù)經(jīng)濟性能好等優(yōu)點。技術(shù)方面，近些年一些科研機構(gòu)、院校和大型企業(yè)都陸續(xù)投入了大量的資源進行研究，很多單位都研發(fā)出自己的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系并形成科技成果。建設(shè)方面，在一些大型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)企業(yè)的推動下，在全國范圍內(nèi)建成了一些鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅試點小區(qū)，為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)推廣積累了重要的經(jīng)驗。但也出現(xiàn)了一些需要進一步解決的問題。本文闡述了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅及其產(chǎn)業(yè)化的概念，介紹了國內(nèi)外鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑住宅的發(fā)展歷程，分析推動和限制我國鋼結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的幾大因素。針對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的特點，總結(jié)了幾大類適應(yīng)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅
