1、摘要電渣熔鑄大型水輪機(jī)導(dǎo)葉內(nèi)部缺陷研究電渣熔鑄將金屬的精煉提純和結(jié)晶凝固成形集于一體,使成形鑄件有良好的冶金質(zhì)量和凝固質(zhì)量。但是,隨著電渣熔鑄技術(shù)的不斷推廣應(yīng)用,尤其在生產(chǎn)大型鑄件時(shí),也會(huì)出現(xiàn)內(nèi)部鑄造缺陷,最終導(dǎo)致鑄件報(bào)廢。因此,解決當(dāng)前電渣熔鑄生產(chǎn)中存在的一些技術(shù)問題,成為電渣熔鑄生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵所在。本文通過對(duì)大型水輪機(jī)導(dǎo)葉內(nèi)部缺陷的解剖分析,來研究大型電渣熔鑄件內(nèi)部缺陷的性質(zhì)、形成機(jī)理及其預(yù)防措施。通過分析得出內(nèi)部缺陷是由疏松、氣孔、夾雜物偏聚、裂紋等幾種缺陷構(gòu)成的結(jié)合體,在氫、相變應(yīng)力的作用下,宏觀上表現(xiàn)
2、為細(xì)小的蜘蛛網(wǎng)狀裂紋。在電渣熔鑄過程中,當(dāng)金屬熔池的體積和深度過大,結(jié)晶器的縱向冷卻速度相對(duì)減弱,結(jié)晶前沿液相的溫度梯度降低,液一固二相凝固區(qū)變寬,惡化金屬熔池前沿的結(jié)晶條件,金屬補(bǔ)縮通道被隔斷,使鑄件最后凝固部分產(chǎn)生內(nèi)部缺陷。生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐證明,通過調(diào)整熔渣化學(xué)成分來改變其性質(zhì),可以提高熔渣精煉、提純、凈化效果,調(diào)整水冷結(jié)晶器的冷卻強(qiáng)度和熔鑄電壓、電流大小的匹配關(guān)系,可使金屬熔池達(dá)到預(yù)期的形狀和深度,保證鑄件的生長速度適宜,從而可以避免內(nèi)部缺陷的產(chǎn)生。進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮電渣熔鑄技術(shù)在生產(chǎn)大型鑄件方面的優(yōu)勢,提高大型鑄件
