1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書題目:辦公樓暖通空調(diào)方案設(shè)計摘要暖通空調(diào)設(shè)計主要是對室內(nèi)熱環(huán)境、空氣品質(zhì)進(jìn)行設(shè)計,但這必須在充分了解建筑對暖通空調(diào)的要求;暖通空調(diào)系統(tǒng)及設(shè)備對建筑及其它設(shè)施的影響的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行設(shè)計。?該建筑位于重慶市,本工程為辦公樓空調(diào)設(shè)計。地下1層,地上4層建筑。辦公樓高23.35米,是一座司法用的建筑樓,總建筑面積為5888.07㎡,其中空調(diào)面積為4536.6㎡。?各樓層的功能區(qū)相似,主要功能用于計生辦對外的辦公及培訓(xùn)等,夏季冷負(fù)荷為390KW,屬于耗能中的工程,結(jié)合建筑的特點,夏天采用七臺65KW的風(fēng)冷熱泵機組作為冷源。且此設(shè)計中的建筑主要房間為辦公室,大多面積較小,且各房間互不連通,應(yīng)使所
2、選空調(diào)系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對各個房間的獨立控制,綜合考慮各方面因素,確定選用風(fēng)機盤管加新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)。在房間內(nèi)布置暗裝吊頂?shù)娘L(fēng)機盤管。新風(fēng)機組從室外引入新風(fēng)處理到室內(nèi)空氣焓值,不承擔(dān)室內(nèi)負(fù)荷。風(fēng)機盤管承擔(dān)室內(nèi)全部冷負(fù)荷及部分的新風(fēng)濕負(fù)荷。風(fēng)機盤管由散流器下送。新風(fēng)機組通過條形百葉向房間內(nèi)側(cè)送補充新風(fēng)。?本設(shè)計空調(diào)水系統(tǒng)選擇閉式、豎直異程、水平同程式、雙管制、單級泵,定流量系統(tǒng),這種空調(diào)水系統(tǒng)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,初期投資小,管路不易產(chǎn)生污垢和腐蝕,不需要克服系統(tǒng)靜水壓頭,水泵耗電較小等優(yōu)點,冷水泵選用兩臺。關(guān)鍵詞:空調(diào)系統(tǒng);冷負(fù)荷;水系統(tǒng);風(fēng)機盤管加獨立新風(fēng)系統(tǒng);同程系統(tǒng)AbstractHVACdesignisma
