7、hthestaff靖遠煤業(yè)集團魏家地煤礦實習報告前言光陰似箭，歲月如梭，轉眼間，在魏家地煤礦工作已經(jīng)快一年了，回首這段時間的工作和生活，我心中感觸頗多，2011年7月離開大學校園，滿懷著激情與夢想來到了靖煤集團魏家地礦，經(jīng)過為期10天的崗前培訓學習，我分到了綜放一隊，在綜放一隊工作和生活的半年中，我受益匪淺，一直被這支特別能吃苦、特別能戰(zhàn)斗的隊伍感染著、激勵著，我知道綜放一隊在魏家地煤礦是一支有著光榮傳統(tǒng)和道德風尚的老隊伍，這個團隊富有激情和生機、班子團結、職工工作認真努力，先后有許多位領導是從這支隊伍走出去，成為生產(chǎn)礦，甚至集團公司的中流砥柱。因此，我為我能
