2、文獻20近些年來人們經(jīng)濟生活水平越來越高，個人身體健康狀況受到了廣泛重視和關(guān)注，I矢療衛(wèi)生費用的支出不斷增加。但是傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)療方式已經(jīng)無法滿足人們對于健康的要求，遠程醫(yī)療的出現(xiàn)完善了傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)療方式，提高了當代醫(yī)療水平。在21世紀這個信息技術(shù)高速發(fā)展的時期，先進的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、計算機技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)為遠程醫(yī)療的發(fā)展奠定了可靠的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)，能夠更加全面的滿足病人以及健康群體的需求。遠程醫(yī)療發(fā)展至遠程醫(yī)療發(fā)展到今天已經(jīng)有兒十年的歷史了，但是遠程醫(yī)療市場相比于傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)療市場，它的發(fā)展還并未普及和深入，很多人至今從未接觸過遠程醫(yī)療?；谝陨媳尘?，本文首先對遠程醫(yī)療做了相關(guān)理論闡述，結(jié)合和國內(nèi)外有

3、關(guān)遠程醫(yī)療應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀的研究，提出了限制遠程醫(yī)療發(fā)展的因素分析。本文通過應(yīng)用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型(ISM)和層次分析法(AHP)對限制遠程醫(yī)療發(fā)展的因素進行重要性硏究，通過解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型(ISM)得到的相關(guān)因素的多層遞階模型，層次分析法在此基礎(chǔ)上進行相關(guān)因素權(quán)重分析評價。最后，基于以上結(jié)論提出了對于發(fā)展遠程醫(yī)療的針對性建議。關(guān)鍵字：遠程醫(yī)療；影響因素；解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型；層次分析法ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentoftheeconomy,thelivingstandardofpeopleisgettingbetterandbetter.Personalhealthrece
