1、海運代理合同2013版ShippingAgencyContractRev.2013海運代理合同ShippingAgencyContract甲方:PartyA：乙方:PartyB:為明確甲乙雙方的代理關(guān)系,規(guī)范業(yè)務(wù)操作,經(jīng)雙方友好協(xié)商,就甲方委托乙方代辦海運事宜,達成以下協(xié)議：ForthepurposeofdealingwithSeafreightshipments,clarifyingagencyrelationsofbothpartiesandstandardizingoperationalprocedures,throughfriendlyconsultationsitha

2、sbeenagreedbythepartiesasfollows:1.甲乙雙方責(zé)任、義務(wù)ResponsibilitiesandObligations1.1乙方持有有效法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機構(gòu)代碼證、商務(wù)部一級貨運代理資格或交通部批準登記的NVOCC資格，營業(yè)范圍允許在其營業(yè)地經(jīng)營國際貨物運輸代理業(yè)務(wù)。若乙方作為提單等相關(guān)單證上的承運人，應(yīng)當(dāng)具有無船承運業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營資質(zhì)；乙方作為承運人代理人身份的，對承運人的行為承擔(dān)連帶保證責(zé)任。PartyBshallhavelegitimatecorporatebusinesslicense,TAXpayerID,organization

4、lassumejointandseveralguaranteeliabilityforcarrierandcarrier’sact.1.2甲方在貨物出運前填制內(nèi)容完整、真實的訂艙單，通知乙方有關(guān)的貨物出運信息，乙方負責(zé)為甲方辦理出口的訂艙、拖車、報關(guān)、報檢、簽單等相關(guān)出口業(yè)務(wù)，具體內(nèi)容以甲方下達的訂艙單為準。PartyAshallnotifyPartyBcompleteandauthenticbookinginformationbeforeshipmentofgoodsviaShippingOrder;PartyBisresponsibleforchartering,booki

5、ng,customsdeclaration,inspection,signingandotherrelatedexportbusinessperrequirementsonShippingOrderconfirmedbybothparties.Page6of6海運代理合同2013版ShippingAgencyContractRev.20131.3甲方負責(zé)為乙方提供辦理業(yè)務(wù)所需要的單據(jù)（包括裝箱單、發(fā)票、合同、核銷單、報關(guān)委托書、報檢委托書、合同、商檢證書、許可證、報關(guān)單、手冊及有關(guān)批文等），并對其內(nèi)容的真實性和一致性負責(zé)。PartyAisresponsibleforprovid

6、ingPartyBauthenticandconsistentdocumentsneededtoconductandperformdutiesandworks(includingpackinglists,invoices,contracts,verificationforms,customsproxy,EntrustLetterofInspection,etc.).1.4乙方應(yīng)及時向甲方提供船期預(yù)報以及截止接單日期，作為甲乙雙方辦理海運訂艙事宜的參考。PartyBshallnotifyandkeepPartyAupdatedoftheinformationofshipments

7、cheduletimeouslyforPartyA’sadvancedplanandarrangement.1.5訂艙內(nèi)容要求更改或取消時，甲方必須最遲于貨物裝入集裝箱的當(dāng)天以書面形式通知乙方，并與乙方的相關(guān)操作人員書面確認。PartyAshallnotifyPartyBnotlatethenloadingdayinwrittenformonceshippingrequirementsneedtobemodifiedorcancelled.1.6乙方在收到船公司或其代理《配艙回單》后，應(yīng)及時
