1、摘要隨著我國的國民經(jīng)濟體制向市場經(jīng)濟改變，越來越多的個人和企業(yè)將投資證券市場作為一種投資途徑。而隨著高新技術(shù)行業(yè)高速的發(fā)展，盡管其本身具有很高的風(fēng)險性，但其帶來的潛在高收益還是吸引了大批投資者的目光。但是，投資者如何才能了解企業(yè)是否具有投資價值？財務(wù)報告分析是研究企業(yè)價值的重要工具。通過財務(wù)報告分析所揭示出的企業(yè)信息，可以幫助我們了解企業(yè)的特征。有了這些特征再加上運用絕對估值法和相對估值法對企業(yè)進行分析計算，我們就能完成對企業(yè)價值的預(yù)測和評估。本文通過定性、定量的方法就如何基于財務(wù)報告分析對企業(yè)投資價值進行研究展開討論。本文選取了上?，F(xiàn)代制藥股份有限公司為分析案例，通過其資產(chǎn)負債表
