2、sSubmittedfortheDegreeofEngineeringMasterCandidate:LiuJialingSupervisor:YaoTongyuCollegeofPetroleumEngineeringChinaUniversityofPetroleum(EastChina)摘要油田水的腐蝕、結(jié)垢、堵塞等問(wèn)題,是由于水中多種影響因素間相互作用而造成。其中,腐蝕問(wèn)題的影響最為嚴(yán)重。油田注水系統(tǒng)和伴熱水系統(tǒng)由于水質(zhì)比較復(fù)雜,會(huì)產(chǎn)生一些問(wèn)題。其一是污水腐蝕問(wèn)題。在我國(guó)油田的注水井中,大部分采用的是從油井產(chǎn)出液中分離出來(lái)的油田污水作為注入水進(jìn)行注水開(kāi)采。油田污
3、水的礦化度較高,其中所含的溶解氧、游離二氧化碳和硫化氫等會(huì)對(duì)金屬設(shè)備和管道產(chǎn)生不同程度的腐蝕,含有大量酸性氣體或者高礦化度的污水甚至?xí)斐晒芫€穿孔現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。其二是管線結(jié)垢問(wèn)題。水的化學(xué)不相容性和熱力學(xué)不穩(wěn)定性會(huì)導(dǎo)致地面注水系統(tǒng)、注水地層和油井井筒中結(jié)垢,嚴(yán)重的還會(huì)造成堵塞。其三是伴熱水腐蝕結(jié)垢問(wèn)題。由于伴熱水管線是用高溫水循環(huán)加熱,因此腐蝕結(jié)垢的危害尤為突出。為了進(jìn)一步提高和改進(jìn)油田注水開(kāi)采技術(shù),減少油田注入水和伴熱水的腐蝕結(jié)垢問(wèn)題,就要采取相應(yīng)的緩蝕和阻垢措施。針對(duì)柳泉油田水腐蝕結(jié)垢問(wèn)題進(jìn)行討論,并研究解決方法,擬從油田污水和伴熱水腐蝕、結(jié)垢的影響因素及其特征出發(fā),
4、通過(guò)對(duì)柳泉油田水腐蝕結(jié)垢現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,繪制出各影響因素含量圖,探討各因素對(duì)腐蝕結(jié)垢影響程度,進(jìn)而根據(jù)腐蝕現(xiàn)狀分析和結(jié)垢趨勢(shì)預(yù)測(cè),總結(jié)出防腐阻垢方法。對(duì)腐蝕結(jié)垢的機(jī)理和防治研究必將有利于促進(jìn)該地區(qū)的油田開(kāi)發(fā)更好進(jìn)行。關(guān)鍵詞:注水系統(tǒng),緩蝕劑,阻垢劑,掛片試驗(yàn),清污配伍性iResearchonCorrosionandScalingMechanismandPreventionofWaterInjectioninLiuQuanOilfieldLiuJialing(Oil&GasEngineering)DirectedbyA.P.YaoTongyuAbstractCorrosio
